Shipping

We offer a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service to our customers in the United States, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the purchase price. 

We ship worldwide. Complimentary shipping is included on all orders over €1,000. For all other orders, shipping rates are added at the checkout.

 

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at maison@juliedelibran.com.

Returned items must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.
